Refunds and Registration Policies
Registration Policies:Your spot is reserved once both your registration form and payment are completed.
Due to the small group size and planning involved, your registration is considered a commitment to participate.
Refund Policy:
Full refunds (minus a 3% processing fee) are available if cancellation is requested at least 30 days before the training start date (by August 18, 2025).
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of the training. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another qualified participant or apply your payment toward a future training (if available), with at least 7 days’ notice.
Missed sessions will be recorded and available for review; however, live participation is highly encouraged for the best experience.
